What’s the difference between raw starch and pregelatinized starch?
Raw starch can not dissolve in cold water, we need to heat it in hot water so that to use it for binding, pregelatinized starch is processed in advance, so that it can dissolve directly in cold water to obtain the binding property.
How many types of pregelatinized starch do you have?
We have pregelatinized starch which are made from corn and tapioca. Potato starch can also be available but it is not prepared in regular based.
